Question 1:

Video is discontinuous or the speed is abnormal durning playback


Solution:


This may be caused by low frame rate or lose frame when record. Please check your frame rate setting according to the resolution, also please check your CPU usage and HDD write speed if it can afford the big data stream.


Question 2:


Video may be displayed incorrectly on your main interface after computer's standby or sleep


Solution:


We do suggest our customers to disable standby or sleep the computer because some of devices may be displayed incorrectly.


Question 3:


"Possys.ini is error"/"Poscfg.ini is error"/"Acucfg.ini is error" when research DVR with NVR


Solution:


This is caused by user control of Win 7. NVR will read these 3 files and then write them to NVR directory while doing re-search, if this operation is denied, NVR software can't find these files in NVR directory, it gives the error. To solve this problem, please log in your computer use "Administrator(not any other user with administrator privileges)", or change your UAC to lowest level and install NVR software into other Drive rather than Drive C. To enable "Administrator" in Win 7, do as below: "Right Click My computer---Manage---Local user and Groups---User---Administrator---Property---Cancel 'accounts is disabled'".


Question 4


USB Dog and Drivers


Solution:


To the earlier USB Dog, you must install driver for it first and then plug in it, or software can not recognize it. New version use no driver USB Dog. If you want to use earlier USB Dog in new version software, please install driver as before.


Question 5


How to avoid many errors or operation rejection in Windows 7


Solution:


We do suggest our customers to use "Administrator" to log in Win 7 OS so that many problems caused by user control of this system can be avoided. If not, please change UAC setting to lowest level and install software to any other drive rather than drive C.


Question 6


Sometimes interface of software can't be displayed correctly in Windows 7


Solution:


This may be caused by DPI or FONT settings. To check this, enter Control Pannel---All Control Items---Display to set FONT to be "Smaller-100%(default)", and on the left menu you can find an option named "Set Customize Text Size", click on it to set proper DPI.


Question 7


Video can't be full screen display, or get a pink screen, or no display in Windows Vista


Solution:


This is because the default "Windows Aero" color programme of Vista Home Basic and higher system will occupancy "Overlay". To solve this problem, please enter Control Pannel--Apearrance and Personality--Change Color Programme(Appearrance Setting)--Select "Windwos Vista Basic" to release "Overlay".
