Hi,

We are testing 5.50 version. We have some questions:

In NVR Client, there are not PS,AS and IS icons in Remote Search. Where have they gone?
Also, the Substream button is gone.
We like the new remote search menu where we can search multiple dvrs without exiting Remote Search. But could you consider to let a user check cameras from different dvrs to get a backup? When we check a camera from DVR1 and we select DVR2, when we go back to DVR1, the check box from that camera is gone.





Hi,

We have removed PS/AS/IS function with our new multi-server remote playback program. If any customers want these functions also, please refer to old version right now, we will consider to release another version with these functions in it.

For backup issue. Right now only support to backup video from 1 server at the same time, so you have to select server at first and then select backup cameras.

Since we are using a bran-new re-search program, considering to re-playback EMDVR/PC DVR/DVS and other devices at the same time, then removed PS/AS/IS functions, and now we are doing the work to seperate SERVERS those with PS/AS data, also add IS function in new modifing version, let's look forward to this new version!

In NVR Client we cannot see which days have recorded video, as every day in the calendar is marked as blue. Is this a bug?


For your question, in local playback of NVR Client software, the days marked with gray do not have recorded video, the days marked with blue have recorded video.
Also in remote playback of NVR Client software, all the days later than the current data will be marked with gray, all the days earlier than the current date will be marked with blue, so gray and blue do not mean there are recorded video or not, of course gray days are impossible to have recorded video, but for blue days, you have to check by clicking on the date to see if there is recorded video.

What is this??? You mean, we must click each one day to check if there is video??? Why all previous versions had marked with blue color only the days with video?
What kind of new version is this? No Pos Search, no Access Control Search, no Icon Search, no recorded video calendar.
When should we expect the new version that fixes all these bugs???


Sorry Sir, these are not bugs, but are new work mode of a new MULTI SERVER re-playback function in a new remote playback program.

Maybe this new program would make you some trouble, but we are now adding Pos Search into this new remote playback program, we need time.

If you are not satisfied with new program, and you want Pos Search functions, you can refer to lower version 5.41/6.41, and then back to new version when we finished adding these functions.

For calendar issue, new program take a different way because of some reason, it just search data for crrent day, and days earlier or later than crrent date will be marked as blue, this is based on the considering of the reply time for search.
