New version softwares (5.50) had been released!
This release:
1. Add ONVIF IP Cameras support;
2. Add camera display open/close function in display group setup and window menu;
3. Add IP cameras sensor input and digital output function in dvr server, user can control ip camera DI/DO and local alarm box DI/DO at the same time in dvr server now;
4. add motion alarm send email and SMS time delay function in dvr server;
5. Add IP cameras motion detect function for third brand ip cameras without motion alarm function;
6. Add local fast playback function in dvr server;
7. Upgade remote playback function to support multi dvr playback in nvr client, user can playback pc dvr and embedded dvr at the same time;
8. Upgrade IP cameras player to fix old version bug;
9. Upgrade local playback backup and POS search function, user can convert video when backup record data;
10. Upgrade user password management function in dvr server, each user can setup self private password when he login dvr server first time;
11. Upgrade iPhone Client to support iPad and multi-channel view function;
12. Upgrade web client, when user's pc can't download and install activex automaticly, user can download web client manually and install it;
13. Fix some other small bug.

Problem with WebClient in New Release
I install the client software and I can not in any way to access the server. any solution or special configuration?

According to your problem, I suggest you to do the following steps to make sure that all old ActiveX are removed from your computer.
1, Delete all files under "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files"
2, Unzip the file named "WebClient.cab" in "C:\Program Files\DVR Server", then copy all files into "C:\WINDOWS\system32", when the copy finished, do not click your mouse or take other operations, but just press DELETE key to delete all of them.

Then you have to re-install WebClient.msi on your computer. Also please modify the web port of the software to numbers after 1000(such as 1280) to make sure the port is keep listening when software is running. Then access software with IE or just running the shortcut on your desktop named "WebClient".

The webclient also has another huge bug in my opinion. If you have more than one ip in your dvr the program choose only one to work. So you if you try to access it from other ip than the one that says in the network settings simple it's impossible. In these cases only nvr works.

Sorry Sir, this is not a bug, this is the limitation of software, it does not support running twice at the same time on the same computer, if you want to view another Server, you have to close the one you are viewing, then re-open the other.
