We have a hybrid, PC based system with 11 analogue cameras and 11 IP cameras in one location.  On the same LAN but another location, there is an analogue PTZ camera recording to the same PC based DVR via a web server.  On a PC local to the PTZ, using the Client Software v. 6.67 we can see the PTZ, on an iPhone using Mobile Client app, we can see the PTZ.  But from my office, using the same version of Client - we can't see the PTZ - just a black screen and using NetPC DVR Viewer on the same iPhone we can't see the PTZ!!

Can anyone tell me what the difference is?  The hardware on the DVR is an upgraded ILDVR card - the patch has been installed to it and on the server and on the LAN the PTZ is viewable as it is by using Mobile Client but not through NetPC DVR Viewer.

on the router need to create a port forwarding rule (nat) to view the server from the Internet. for IE 80 port, for video 5100, for mobile client or view sub stream 5101 port.
