onvif cameras are disconnecting after a while
We have some dvr servers with only onvif cameras. Most of them are disconnecting from the dvr software after a few minutes or hours.The LAN has only the dvr, the ip cameras, the dsl router and a switch.


All the cameras can be accessed through web browser, so the problem is not actually a disconnection problem. What should we do?


We use version 6.75

Hi there,

  For the ONVIF related issue, I wonder if you can check the ONVIF protocol version of the cameras? Our software does support ONVIF 1.02, and compatiable with ONVIF 2.0 standard. Different protocol version would cause problem too. Also I wonder if all the IP cameras are from the same provider? Did you test with other brands of ONVIF cameras? They work with the same problem??
